Book Release Party and Signing by Local Author Cynthia Zeuli

Springfield, Massachusetts, January 12, 2003,--Springfield author Cynthia Zeuli will be signing copies of her novel "Bound by Blood" at CityStage theater on January 24th from seven to nine p.m. The book release party and author signing are open to the public. "Bound by Blood" is the story of Aloysius Daye, a successful television actor who wants to be taken seriously. Having earned celebrity and fortune playing a fictional vampire, Aloysius has chosen a Shakespearean production in Toronto to make his mark in the Theatre. Unfortunately, he acquires one fan who wishes him to join in her in immortality. Mr. Daye is about to experience a level of pleasure and power that one can only imagine in the darkest recesses of ones mind, only he isn't dreaming. The novel was published in November by ArcheBooks Publishers.

Cynthia Zeuli is a Springfield resident who attended the Mac Duffie School, and Emerson College in Boston. Cynthia's passion for writing was demonstrated early on. A Creative Writing major at Emerson, she once completed an entire novel during one semester. Ms. Zeuli originally intended to write romance novels, but fortunately for those who enjoy an exceptional horror story, she changed direction after falling in love with the works of Anne Rice and S.P. Somtow. This is Cynthia's second novel. Her first, "Lost Boys," was published by Virtuabooks, a pioneer in the field of electronic publishing.
